The much-awaited RISE Youth Conference in Venezuela kicked off on high notes with the atmosphere bubbly with youthful glee and delight as young people from different backgrounds converged at 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙄𝙜𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙖 𝙘𝙪𝙙𝙖𝙙 𝙙𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙤𝙨.
