The much-awaited RISE Youth Conference in Venezuela kicked off on high notes with the atmosphere bubbly with youthful glee and delight as young people from different backgrounds converged at π©ππ πππ‘ππ¨ππ ππͺπππ ππ πΏππ€π¨.
